I used the wizard to make backup recovery disks for the TR2A, which used 9 CDs.  I noticed one of the CDs took a lot less longer than the others to burn, I think it was the 5th.  Checked the CD later and found out it only had 5MB of data on it.  Just wanted to confirm if this is correct, seems like kind of a waste of CD space to me.  Also reinstalled and reformatted the hard drive into one large partition instead of 2.  Considering the TR2A has a 40GB HD, I assumed the total capacity would be around 37GB, however Windows says it is only 32GB.  Would the missing 5GB be the recovery program in some kind of hidden partition?  Is there a way to “see” the partition and maybe erase it to reclaim the extra 5GB?

You have to choose to delete the recovery partition when you reformat your computer using the recovery discs, I haven’t found a way to do it otherwise, even through Partition Magic. I have 37.2GB after making one large partition without the revcovery area. Also, one of my recovery CDs has very little data on it (should have labeled them!), and I haven’t run into any problems restoring things.

how about recovery dvd. did u guys get it too?
