If you use them your zoom button will not function any more.

Before Jiggy’s experience, I didn’t know anyone actually used that feature. I keep forgetting about it.

I was thinking improved performance, more features and options but if this will make me sacrifice the zoom button then I would pass this up.

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it?
I do the same with some of my systems…I am still upset I updated the BIOS on one of my Dells…I can’t flash it back because it’s locked out and the new one removed an IRQ needed for my FireWire card…

I agree…With bios…I don’t flash or update them….If they are working I would just leave them alone.
You can cause a lot more harm than good…
As for the intel intergrated grafics card…I wouldn’t worry about updating the driver…The grafics card isn’t a performance one…
So if its doing what its supposed too I agree with Erik, to leave it alone….

I must say that in the year i owned a TR1MP i never once used the zoom feature, i can’t understand why you would sacrifice the increased space and clarity the native resolution gives you.. surely just increase the font sizes if you really can’t read it.

I use the Zoom to make videos a little bigger while playing or to show my wife a picture that doesn’t fill the whole screen.
And sometimes I use it first thing in the morning when my eyes are having trouble waking up.
The screen certainly doesn’t look as good but it does the job on a temporary need.
