including labour time the swap costed me 180 usd

unfortunately they managed so the leds dont show any reaction and the nipple with the keypads dont show reaction as well :shock:

Mine is X505/P. I installed a small driver and activated all keys function as factory default. My license is Eng WinXP Pro.

Everything worked on mine by default, didn’t have to do anything. Also, the 3 that were sent to me all worked fine after the swap. All of ours broke the clip, though.
