Sorry, I didn’t mean to offend anyone with the ‘really old, late 60’s’ comment. Being 23 everyone over 35 is really old IMO.
I think when it comes to computer experience, the older you are the better…I know growing up Pre-Windows allows me to figure out certain computer problems better then if my experience started with Windows.

and i thought a 386 was old… next to my family’s atari and commodor, i didn’t think history went that far back.

Which CompUSA did you go to. I rarely have the nerve to take my repairs there. I would sure like to know where in MI there is a CompUSA with employees of that caliber and integrity. Thanks.

I went to the one in Lansing…I thought it was considered East Lansing but according to CompUSA.com it’s just Lansing.
If you do go, look in the service center…a few punk kids and one nice older man…he’s the tech that looked at my notebook…but he said he wouldn’t touch it again, lol.
Erik, the English keyboard fits perfectly in the Japanese version X`s? I can`t stand this japanese keyboard. Another reason why I don`t want this anymore.
