Please pass the Karma and help a clueless technophobic n00b out.
I just purchased a sony Tr3ap2 and the “Intermediaware Replay 1.4” software that supposedly enables recording from internet radio to MP3.
  I’m completely clueless as to how I go about getting the streaming radio onto my CD drive of my TR. Please help a n00b out so he can RECORD these awesome Trance streams to CD disk.  Thanks——

Sounds good, except, I have no clue how to burn or locate the MP3 content since this silly Replay palyer came with absolutely no instructions so I’m stuck trying to figure out how it and the Tr work together without any tutorial and now it appears I need even MORE software.
  Is there an idiot proof solution that does it all?
I grew up just pushing a single “record button” to duplicate content so, it seems a bit complicated to get two sets of software and try to interface that with a computer that I’m still trying to figure out just to record.
  Is there a simple solution that does it all?  Does Nero do it all??
(i.e.  Play internet radio,record to Mp3/CD AND, more importantly, guide you through the “how to” process with INSTRUCTIONS??

in that case, you shouldn’t get a computer and a lot of software but a simple minidisc deck or an old school cassette deck and hit the record button.

or hook up your deck to your computer, if you want to record internet radio.

It’s rather unusual for software to come with no instructions. Have you tried the help button?  I’d look at the setup or configuration to see if it specifies where MP3 files are to be stored. Since someone sold it to you, they should offer some support.

As far as burning, unless you want to make an audo CD playable on standard CD players, putting your MP3’s on CD is as simple as placing a blank CD in the drive and dragging and dropping the files to it.

Most programs either make a directory in the root partition or then in my documents, to store music. Your better off looking for the MP3 files in there. Also what you could do is just do a file search for all MP3’s and then figure out where they are really stored. A bit tedious but would work for sure.
