lo guys and dolls,

I have a Sony PCG GRT896HP laptop, and have lost the OS recovery disc, phoned Sony today, and they’ve said £50 for a new disc,

I have downloaded the full driver package sony supply on the site,

however i have installed all these and still the volume buttons, by the mouse pad, also the brightness and zoom are not working either, although within the driver package are sony PI drivers, which i thought were the ones but don;t work.

Can anyone help??
