I understand how to get the TR to go 992 MHz, performance and then go to performance balancer and turn up the fan, but i can’t make it slow down! the only times i’ve seen it go slowly (sometimes 192MHz) is when i wanted it to go fast. how do i tell it to slow down?

my lowest was about 3xx mhz

how do you guys measure the speed?

any tools?

it was actually when i was trying to emulate my n64 games… which i legally aquired, anyway, i just right click properties on my computer and it will tell you how fast it is going. i get a lot of 2xxMHz too
