[quote author=“tifosiv122”][quote author=“myTR”]where does the guidance sound come out from? so you attach the device somewhere?
The device is BT so technically it doesn’t attach to anything. The guidance/map is on your laptop.
Erik
Will it works on PDA also? if i have one that supports bt as well.

At least charge it so you don’t need to have the cig. lighter wire running to the dashboard.

Yeah but you still want it charged…its a PITA having the wire there…trust me. at least for your ‘test’ runs, have it running off the battery.

As of right now it was just on my seat. I won’t really use this until the winter really starts…I dont drive the other car that much. When that time comes I might mount something since most people dont ride with me. (in that car)

Nice, I was blown away by the quality…the rubber, the feel, the size and weight…it just seemed right. Still can’t believe how much we paid

I agree. And the USB charge setup is elegant.
Just wish I’d have known about the coupon you found, linc. Still can’t compain at $200 though.

Might check your local laws re. laptops visible to drivers. With the voice you really don’t need to see the map.
You can find these all over but with the luggage code…

They also have a fancier unit.

I definitely agree. I finally had a chance to set mine up and it works like a charm. It was easy to setup and just worked.
