512MB UK availability?

Any suggestions on best place to order a 512 MB RAM upgrade in the UK?  Nowhere seems to have it in stock.  I’ve looked for both the Sony PCGA-MM512U and the Kingston KSY-U101/512.

btw, has anyone tried the Kingston?  Is it OK?

I purchased a 512MB Kingston module about a month ago and it works great. A pretty good price too, though I probably should have gone with the TR2AP3 model.  :o

Offteck always order on demand - so their site always says 3/5 days for stock.

I’ve used them and my chip came in 3 days - can’t complain !!

I’ve decided to go for the Kingston RAM from SMC Direct.  Hopefully it won’t take too long to arrive.
