Does anyone else run Virtual PC on their TR? My TR2 with 512 meg works ok as long as I just work in the Virtual PC. But if I need to switch back and forth between the host and guest operating systems it gets pretty slow.

I wonder if I am RAM limited or hard drive speed limited. Any experiences welcome. Thanks!

Yes, it will help tremendously.

In fact, you really shouldn’t be running anything less than 1GB if you’re going to be using Virtual PC software especially if you want it to run well.

I just added memory so I now have 1 Gig on my TR2.

Virtual PC runs much faster now. My main complaint before was how long it took to switch between the host and guest operating system (i.e. between Virtual PC and some other running app). Overall, it has gone from frustrating and borderline unusable to very good.
