Yes, I know. I read the article. The thing is that you have to put shit in to make it attract the flies in the first place. Anyone who uses it would think of it as shit-powered due to the fact that shit is what you put in it to make it work. That and it wouldn’t smell like “flies”. If you really want to be technical, the flies’ exoskeletons are broken down by sewage bacteria anyway.

You forget….mechanical hard drives consume more energy and heat.  Thus, they are the ancient technology in need of the alternative power source.  Flash, on the other hand, runs very efficient compared to the afore-mentioned “boat anchor” platters.

I do applaud your effort, however. 

Whatever flash point you tried to make was offset by the fact that the designer needs to use it as a bathroom to get the full use out of it, lol. Love the story, nice find!
