You have to explicitly be given reseller rights on music. CDs are sold under a “for personal use” license. Record labels don’t even like used CDs to be resold.

btw, you do know there are programs that convert aac back to mp3 or wmas right?

Yeah, thats why I said if you dont have them legally you must delete them…although I cannot enforce it, so take it as you wish.
