how do i access the hidden partition and extract the driver?

how do i access the system recovery partition and extract the driver, software, application, etc?

You can:
1) Boot from a Linux CD and change partition type;
2) Disable Partseal.exe from running at startup;
3) Burn DVD with partition folders/files.

Be aware that Sony Recovery Media looks for such recovery partition.
