Hi all,
I am a Mac user and this is my TR5 is the first Wintel computer I use.
I would like to move MyDocument folder to the D-Drive where I intend to keep all my data. How can I do that? Drag-and-rop does not work for me since the OS claims that it cannot be moved.

As far as backup purposes go just open My Computer > Local Disk C: > Documents and Settings > “Owner” (Owner being the user whose files you want switched) ...inside of that is your My Documents file
After that open up another instance of My Computer > Local Disk D:
Then drag the file My Documents over to your D Drive… I tried it that exact way and it worked fine on my TR3…and there really isn’t much of a difference in how that would operate regardless of TR version.

You can also, right click on the my documents icons on the desktop, and click the properties items in the menu. This will display a popup where you can change the path of your my documents directory, by the way he gonna ask you if you want to move the files from your previous my documents to your new my documents directory.

Just be sure that you’ve done a backup of your directory just before, because I am not totally confident about automatic moving stuff :D

I can copy MyDocuments folder to the D-Drive, but I cannot rename or delet the original folder. It says that this folder is essential for the proper operation of Windows (Windows needs this folder to work properly!)
Also, I cannot change the path in the properties view (editing is not possible).
