Anyone have any software recommendations for lost data on a memory stick.  I bought this multicard reader, and keeps wiping out the data on my memory sticks, but thats another story. 

Anyway, would any recovery utility like Norton work for digital media?

Flash memory cards work the same way as hard disks, at least as far as Windows in concerned. Memory sticks are formatted FAT like older Windows hard drives, Zips and floppy disks. Norton is worth a shot.
