Hi all! Happy 4th. Of July!

the picture from my Motion Eye Cam is VERY grainy. I was at a store today and the unit on display looked clear with very little grain. Can anyone please help? I tried changing the settings with no luck :cry:

I’d start by suggesting you make sure that the motion eye is clean :shock:
If not that I guess lighting conditiions would be a major factor…

In the evening (or in a dark room) it’s usual, you can’t prevent the noise but in daylight, you should have a clear picture. Go under settings and set the sharpness to its maximum. You may also want to try to check the “noise reducer” option.

Thanks. It looks a tad better. I can’t find the noise reducer though.
