Well, Sony followed the hype of iTunes and opened their own online store called CONNECT I was able to preview the service before its official launch and try out its new SonicStage 2.0 software with lots of new enhancements.

Somebody needs to get fired for this. It doesn’t even have the “we’ve launched it so that we can argue in court that file sharers have a viable alternative” excuse for its existance that MusicNet did. It’s so wrong on so many levels that it’s hard to find a place to start.
