Like suject line.

I gave up my T610 and switch to Nokia 6230.

The TDK Bluetooth dongle i had was working fine with both phones. After switching to internal BT.  I’m experiencing problem receiving files from Nokia 6230 to TR1.

Anyone has this similar problem?

Can I check where did you buy the TDK Bluetooth dongle and how much did you pay for it?

Was working for TDK. Didn’t pay for it.  I did check out some prices then when i got hold of it, costing about SGD 160.

I don think many ppl here are using nokia 6230 hence the low response.

The internal BT seems only be able to send 1 way but not receiving from nokia 6230.

I’m so disappointed with this combination, is it just Sony’s own BT protocol? Nokia 6230 seems to work for other brand of dongle as read from other websites.

It is possible that the software you are using is not capable of recognizing the phone or the service for the phone.  I ran into a similar problem with a Jabra headset.  BluespaceNE would find the headset and knew it was a headset but did not recognize the “service”.  I talked to Sony support and they said the software is pretty limited on its range of recognized BT devices.
