In the case of Sony laptops (and most laptops in general), you generally cannot overclock it. I don’t know why you would want to anyways because most laptops have limited cooling systems designed specifically for a specific range of CPUs. Also, most BIOSes are locked to keep people from changing settings. Also, because the TR has a lot of integrated features, many of them may not function properly when the system is overclocked since they run synchronously with the CPU.
There are some programs that can soft overclock your CPU but in most cases it probably won’t work since there isn’t a lot of support or interest in mobile chipsets.
