Hello all,

I am considering purchasing a TR3AP3 and was wondering what all of your experienced opinions would be with the following:

I usually use a desktop as my main computer and use a laptop as a work/secondary computer at home.  They are networked at home.

Can the TR series replace the desktop (with external keyboard, monitor, hard drive, etc?).  Uses would be internet, office, cad, home automation.  Minimal or no games.

Cad is the part that scares me… :?

Yeah, it depends on what type of cad. 2D? 3D? 2D should be fine. 3D might be pushing it but it depends on the complexity of your models. It’s not a matter of processing power but rather graphics processing (for previews and realtime visualization).
