have you checked on ebay, there’s always someone selling one there.  that’s where i got mine.  and even if you have to ship it from japan, mine came in 6 days, which is still better than some USPS or UPS ground shipping schedules.

I bought my CK5T on eBay from tenikiti through a Buy It Now.  Took about 8 days to get from Japan to Texas, but the case came in perfect shape.  Good luck.

what is the average price for this case?

also what similar case can you recommend for tr with extended battery?

I think average price (with shipping) will be around the high $70s.  Most of the Buy It Now I’ve seen are around low $60s + around $16 S&H.  You can possibly save a couple of dollars if you happen to win the auction.

As for the extended battery, this case looks about right.  And cheap too.
