128 Meg CF Card not recognised in the TR1MP

Any ideas why my CF card when inserted into the PCMCIA slot on the TR (via CF card adaptor) is not recognised on the TR. I here a bleep, put no drive is recognised. Odd as it usually works fine with my other laptops. I have mostly Sony stuff, so its all memory sticks now, but my old trusty konica digi camera has CF, so it would be good to get things going. :(

same CF reader problem here…

tried some universal drivers update for windows but still no luck at all.

I managed to overcome my problems by getting a USB flash lexar 128 MB on sale for 20 bucks only.
