I know this is the TR Board…but it’s a great board so I’ll ask.  Do you see the Z1 graphics card being updated this year or anytime soon?  I love the Z1 but it’s one weakness seems to be it’s outdated graphics card. (ATI MOBILITYâ„¢ RADEONâ„¢ 16 MB)  I’m still trying to decide between the TR/Z1.  Thanks!

I’m pretty sure the Z1’s graphics will be updated in the next major revision. I don’t know if it will be something like ATI Mobile 9600 level but it’s sure to be upgraded. Perhaps they’ll upgrade it to a model that supports 32 or 64MB of memory.

Of course, Ideally, they’d put in an ATI Mobile 9600 with 128MB but Sony doesn’t usually do that in their thin and lights.
