Two weeks ago i got a TR2MP - It is great but i had some problems to find a case for it.

I found a Crumpler case in a Mac-Shop. It is originally designed for a 12” Powerbook, but it fits perfectly the TR.

You can get the case in several colors.  It doesn’t looks like the usual boring black laptop bags. The shoulder belt is removeable and the case has a little additional handle at the backside.

This picture shows the size of the case. It can hold the TR, the power supply and some small accessories (like a notebook mouse).  The case has a thick protection and a weight of about 380g.

The TR is a little smaller like the 12” Powerbook so you get some space at the top - but not around the laptop. I think a TR with the large battery whould fit into the case without problems.

I read the other reviews. But why not add another idea.

I bought the Brenthaven Mobility 1 case for my Tr2A. This case was designed for the MAC ibook 12” or 14”. It has a neoprene area for the TR2 and fits perfectly with additional room for papers.  The best benefit is that the case only weighs 1.7 lbs.

380g are 0.84lbs. With TR2, power supply and mouse I get about 4.6lbs. But here is not much room left for papers.
