There are alot of cheap 10” tablet pc on ebay these days. Is that possible if we can use these screens to replace X505 lcd?

I just wonder about the inverter cable/ connection. How can we get the right one, or we have to mod the cable…

Tablet PCs have these small radio recievers that accept input from the battery-powered stylus.  The screen itself has no ‘touch’ capabilities per se.
