How to remove the CD/DVD drive?

I need to remove the CD/DVD drive.  I already know how to open the TR since I upgraded the Bluetooth, but just need the extra steps to extract the CD/DVD out.

Once you ahve the keyboard/palm rest off, a metal cage is the only thing holding the drive in.  Unplig the ide cable and pull it right out.
