What are the specs for the TR RAM module?

Well I’ve bought one of these in the past but I need to buy another one for my girlfriend’s TR and I don’t remember the specs anymore. Can you help me? I’m thinking about picking a 512mb module on ebay.

Dont know the exact specs but look out for a “micro dimm” with 172 pins.
