I recently took apart my TR3 and after I put everything back together, some keys stopped working. I checked the ribbon cable along with the mobo connection and everything seems fine. Ive tried re-plugging it at least 15 times with no success…
Do you guys think I’m gonna need to buy a new keyboard?

Unusual…..... the keyboard ribbon is very good normally, it’s the ribbon from main cover to mainbord that is easilty damaged by plugging in & out. What keys are not working?

I do have a mint condition US style keyboard from a TR3ap if you are stuck, but I’m in the UK, I’m guessing you are not as you have a TR3

Enter, Ctrl, L, Backspace, Right Shift, 6, \, ] and a couple more aren’t working at the moment

Had the same problem. You can either buy a new cable on nextronics or do it like I did… The plugin part of the ribbon on the mobo side -> use tape to make it thicker -> plug it back in and shine.
