Does anyone know if the PCGA-UVC10 (instead of the PCGA-UVC11 as the write up calls for) would work for this modification?

They look the same, but not sure if it would work.

I bought it and found the lens was belt on the board and can’t be taken off .. also the lens is bigger than the previous Motion Eye :(

Ops ! I’m soo sorry .. I thought you talk about the new vaio USB cam VGP-UVC100 !! 

When I search for ( PCGA-UVC10 ) I found that it’s close to the ( PCGA-UVC11A ) So it might be fit ..

But it’s very pricey .. I don’t know why we should pay $180 for this bad cam   :

No worries. I won’t be paying that kind of ridiculous money anyway so if I get that particular model and it works, I will be sure to let everyone know.
