Help Tr1mp harddisk failing

Hi guys,

After many years of use i the tr1mp’s harddisk is making loud clicking noises and when this happens it slows down to a crawl. I think the harddrive is failing and was wondering if someone could provided me with a list of compatible drives….

Is your HDD Toshiba or Hitachi?

Hi,

Its a hitachi 1.8” IDE ATA….

I cannot find a replacement anywhere… hitachi seem to have gone down the Zif connection route…

I’m from the UK btw…
