I’m afraid not. The Vaio TRs use a Pentium M ULV chip. LV and ULV chips are soldered onto the motherboard unlike regular chips which are socketed so these cannot be replaced/upgraded. Sorry. :(
Although I have read that ULV chips can be overclocked fairly high, one person here stated that he overclocked the 1.2 ghz Pentium M ULV in his Vaio T350P to 1.6 ghz.
