Sony still has not sent my recalled battery to me.  I contacted them and they claimed they have no date nor have they even figured out when they will send them out at all.  Anyone else get to the bottom of this mystery?  I think Sony is starting to piss me off.  I’ve been thinking about buying the next ultraportable (whatever comes after the TX), but at this point, i may just get a Fujitsu, since they’re the only onther company that even puts out a comparable product.  But their style is just not as cool as Sony.

I got my replacement for my T350P in December. I neglected to mail back my old one since it worked fine too.  :wink:

I did as well and I did the same thing w/ my battery.  I went of the legal side of the letter they sent me, and they didn’t say it was a requirement, nor anything other binding language.  I would assume, however, that by choosing to keep it, i am waiving any legal repercussion if it explodes and/or malfunctions.

Yes, they just recommend that send it back for proper dispose because it has something harmfull
