If I remember correctly, there’s only one variant of MK6006GAH and the MK6008GAH is the one that has a ZIF connector. I believe the Toshiba’s ZIF connector is similar to those of Hitachi’s HDD interface ribbon cable. I think it should look something like this:
Anyhow, ZIF is simply an acronym for Zero Insertion Force; which means a device can be inserted into a socket with no resistance.

By the way, the latest Toshiba 1.8” HDD is the 80GB HDD is the 80GB MK8007GAH.
