You must register first before you can contact them.
I was about to register but than again canceled since they were asking for so many infos (adress, phone number, email, serial number, purchase date)

Could you go ask the e-support for the exact paint code? Could be helpful to introduce yourself as the user of a very large and important international sony laptop computer forum and that your question affect many people.
People who can affort to spend more than 2k on a piece of electrive device
