How to check the max charge capacity and charge cycle?

I saw a post that people talking about charge cycle and max charge capacity.
Actually how you guys read that?
Is it possible to read that info in other VAIO?

We use this utility called PowerPanel. It comes alongwith the TR and I’m sure other sony laptop’s also include it.
