Once you’ve unscrewed the 3 screws below the unit for the keyboard to be lifted then follow this.
1. Remove the keyboard slowly by unhooking it.
2. Remove the platic left hinge that has the VAIO word on it by sliding it to the left, don’t lift it or or you’ll end up a damaged plastic hinge :wink:
3. There’s a screw in there that you have to unscrew.
4. Then unscrew the remaining 3 screws on the keyboard location, you’ll only see three screws there so there is no confusion. Total screws out are four.
5. Now try lifting it on sides and be carefull.
6. Put in the RAM. And voila that’s it, do the reverse to put back screws.

that’s what I did on my T250P I have to remove the inner plastic (Palm Rest Plastic) Yeah it’ll work..
