TR LCD Screen Needed

Hi all, I just picked up my second TR2 however the LCD Screen has a crack in it. The rest of the laptop is just fine. 

So I’m wondering where the cheapest place to buy a screen would be, or maybe someone has a Dead TR they would be willing to sell me the LCD. 

The cheapest place I could find was $260 + shipping.
