I am planning to set up my own website for my songwriting and production company and was wondering if anyone can recommend some decent software to use.
I have been told that Macromedia Studio 8 (Dreamweaver, Fireworks & Flash) is the one to go for. Anyone used this?
it’s kind of like a piece of string…you need to take into account your needs, your budget, your skill.
The macro studio stuff is great software but you need ot be able to use it. There’s also lots of free/cheap software out there that does a fine job too.
Thanks for the feedback. Well i managed to get the software for cheap from abroad. The only part of of the website which i want to have animation is the first page. I want it to start blank and then have words come into the middle from each side. Apart from that it will be a basic website.
