I was looking at the list of the programs that can be recovered/reinstalled from the VAIO Recovery Wizard and noticed that one of the application is not listed at all. So I figured it probably is embedded in one of the Sony.img or .i01 files on the recovery DVD and will be installed when one does a complete system recovery.
So my question goes: is there a way to compile an installer of that application from the Program Files/Sony/? I would hate to wipe the whole C drive just to install that app.
Also has anyone figured out a way to open and view .IMG or .i01 files?
