Times are kind of tight and may have to give up my TR3A.  I’ve done quite a fair bit of upgrades over the past few months since I got it, and it is in very good condition.  Look at my sig. for details.  In a nutshell:
TR3A bought summer of 2005 from ebay ... owner sent original receipt (was purchased from SonyStore in New Jersey in Feb 2005.)

Upgrades: 1GB ram, 60GB hdd, UJ-832S DVD burner (Dual layer), internal BT.
Comes in original box with original documentation (not sure who cares for this anymore….but available.)
Form fitting soft case.
No dead pixels.  Body in v. good condition (2 scuff marks in one corner ... barely noticeable).

SO WHAT IS A REASONABLE ASKING PRICE?

If great cosmetic condition like you say, would probably get $1,100ish on ebay.  I’d be interested myself but I just dropped $500 on a Viliv P1 so I won’t have any more new gadgets for a while.

Thanks for the feedback, Mr. B and TonyC.  I agree now’s probably not the best time to put my tr up for sale with so many out on ebay.  I may be able to hold on for a little while longer, but i really didin’t want to sell it in the first place.  Just forced to do so, cuz I need the cash.  We’ll see what happens in next couple of months.  I must say though, none of those tr’s on ebay hold up a candle to my souped up version:lol: , and they’re going for about 1000-1100 (stock versions ... most i’ve seen is a 1GB ram upgrade, that’s all).

Now one less TR out there in forums :(. Why are you selling it? You buying upgrade of new T series or TX? Or are you just going to a differnet gadget or gaming laptop or computer? Are you downgrading to least expensive laptop due to your budget? If you still go on selling it at least stay on the forums or at least stay with sony :D

Gundam, right now, not planning to purchase a replacement, although I would go with SZ if I had my choice - bulkier for sure, but incredible specs including the dual core processors.  But, no question, this forum has been awesome and I’ve had a lot of fun operating on the tr with instructions from the likes of gr00veyOne, and am thankful for all your inputs about TR issues.  Definitely will be back someday with a Sony something or other.  Hope TR World will be around when I do decide to make a comeback:)  I’ll be around for the next little while, as I don’t think now is the best time to sell this baby.
