This AC adapter was discussed before:

Per: Groovyone: Lost amongst the hype of all the new Sony releases is the new VGP-AC16V10 AC Adapter. This is an accessory that works with the B, TR, S (though not all S’), T, and TX series notebooks.

It has a neat form factor and the dc plug slips into the stick making it more pack friendly. It has the VAIO logo and it illuminates to show you it has power.

Thanks to Ishii who noticed that some sites like JnR, Datavis, Buy.com have already posted it for Pre-Order, so SonyStyle.com will have it in soon, but if you wanna save some money get it from Buy.com. for $85, plus their 10% coupon. I ordered mine. :wink:

I’ll just get it in retail.  I love traveling/driving.. 

I pre-ordered my AC Adapter and Buy.com keeps updating me that it is still not available. It should ship in mid-March or at the end of the month. Cannot wait…  :wink:

ya that thing looks amazing and would of thought it would be higher then 100$  and not 90$ thats great! thats something on my wishlist 8) This really helps for traveling compared to the long and thin TR adapter and short and fat T adapter one for TX as well.

P.S. does this thing light up like the T and TR adapter does?
