Yes, it is definitely a neat application! Sony calls it Passive Screensaver. It has some neat features like RSS support, plays your tunes, shows latest news, picture slide show, etc. Sony ships it with VAIO VA and XL series.
You get and can extract the JP version from a temp file.

Aye, it’s definitely one nifty screensaver. In my opinion, the Japanese version is not too hard to use; the UI is rather intuitive and easy to use despite being Japanese.

I can provide an ftp server for you to upload to if you want. Goes for all you regular guys on this site if you need it. What’s the use of running a web hosting business if you can’t help your friends
Hey guys. i just downloaded the japenese version.. cant understand anything. IF you can get everybody (that is interested) the english version japaneseimportscomau. that would be grrreat. Thanks for the kind gesture. Looking forward to running the nglish version soon.
Yeah, this application is really cool. The only thing that doesn’t seem to work is the alarm clock (for me that is). Also, on my one system that has all my audio files, the program takes FOREVER to index the songs for use with the program and ends up hanging the program.
It really does work great as a screensaver since the interface is actually kinda cool.

Actually, I’m running the Japanese version (since I can read it). If you look closely in the screenshot there’s kanji all over the place. You can install the Japanese version on English windows using the AppLocale trick.
