I’ve seen a few people post that they have a GPRS card.  I have the Sony Ericsson Edge PC card and get terrible buzzing noise from my speakers.  I get the noise even with the speakers muted.  I have the TR2AP.  The noise happens when the card is transmitting or receiving.  Any ideas?

who is your provider and what is your data plan like i am wondering. Also how much was the card and which model.

AT&T is the service provider.  The model is GC82.  I am not sure about the cost or the plan, because my work provided the card.  It looks like they go for around $245

This card replaced a Sprint PCS card which had slower connection speeds.  I did not experience the noise with the Sprint card, but did not have the TR at that time.
