I have downloaded the beta version of IE 7 and wondered if anyone else has tried it. it seems pretty good to me with some good new additions browser tabs being one of them.

I’m using it right now on my main notebook and I really like it. It took a little bit to get used to the new interface but it works really nice. The interface is clean and I like how you can create favorite groups so you can open multiple sites at once. It’s not as nice as Maxthon’s groups but it works well enough.

I typically use Maxthon and Firefox so I was already use to using tabs in a certain way. The thumbnail feature rocks and is useful. The better CSS support is really nice as well. Performance is also pretty good. Not quite Firefox but better than IE6.

I have some good expectations for the final product and this beta doesn’t disappoint. As of right now, it just works and that’s a good thing.

Goodness..  I will let you guys try it first before I dip my toes in the water.  It might be freezing.. hehe same goes to using new beta from MS.. except for the AntiSpyware.  I like that..

Firefox is definitely still ahead. That said, when IE7 finally ships it should give Firefox a nice competitor and be a welcome upgrade from IE6. You can actually tell that the IE7 team put some thought into the program and have been receptive to user feedback.

i agree… i tried to use ie 7 for a few weeks, however there are some small features that make firefox easier to use. Maybe when the look and feel becomes more customisable it may be a better option…and when you get more iptions as to the tab browsing.

I do used Internet explorer 7 but I think firefox is much better with it considering thatfeatures of firefox is extraordinary compared to IE.
