Darn…it must be something with my system then…that sucks. It’s a fairly clean setup too. I’ll have to investigate further…

i have just downloaded the plugin and it works really well with my tr1.
infact i wonder how i ever managed without skype.

Can’t live without it now…doing biz in Holland from Nepal and it works great. i have a usa phone number too with voicemail there, for just 30$usd a year! everyone should have it (or will that ruin the service?)

UPDATE:

New Skype 2.0 now has Video built in, and it works on the TR cam. It rocks.

It’s true - it also works through all the hotel proxy servers I’ve tried, which is more than I could ever say for the Microsoft offering. Splendid stuff.

Would skype 2.0 work with someone else who has lower version of skype without video?
