[quote author=“medstu”][quote author=“Gundam”][quote author=“rahulnirmal2000”]The link doesn’t work for me. Anyhoo, I’d just get a portable external hard drive and also burn my data onto dvds anyways if this hard drives gonna cost so much.
Ya thats cool but remember this is a ultraportable subnotebook id rather not bring anything but the laptop but if its a small and cool one i guess its alright but i only use 29G anyway and im a gamer heh
Just to clarify ... the above link is indeed not working anymore (see ‘edited’ note on first post). Here’s another, maybe more familiar, site that has the MK8007GAH listed without a price (coming soon, they say).

Gundam, this is a hard drive replacement for the TR series notebooks that use a Toshiba 1.8” hard drive. It is not an external drive. I guess if you’re just using 29gb, the original 40gb may still be good enough. I for one am maxing out the 60gb as I use my TR for pretty much most of my tasks including storing lots of pics/videos and other docs. I dont’ see myself dropping 400+ for an extra 20gb, but it’s an idea
Ya i know its internal but ya im starting to play more games and tempted to try demos and download videos so ya 80G may do me some good we will wait and see on price probualy be 400-500$ :(
