No monthly cost. What this sweet peice of technology can do bascially is let you watch your tv programs from miles away, as long as you have a broadband internet connection!
You hook up the LocationFree box to your TV, VCR, DVD player, satellite box, or even videogame console and it will wirelessly transmit the signal to your computer or PSP. I remember a guy on IGN saying he was able to watch PS2 games on his PSP, pretty cool! :wink:
I remember reading a review of how a guy from Switzerland was able to watch his television show from his native countries on his laptop when he was taking a vacation in Spain without any slowdown or anything! Pretty nice!! :D
It does cost a pretty penny though, its at least $300 here in the States, probably more in the UK due to your VAT and all that. :x
