Hi guys welcome to this topic we will discuss the TR T and TX’s design no hardware specs at all ^^ so lets go people noone is right or wrong everyone is differnt its all cool.

Alrighty then, I’m gonna go with the T. I like its simplistic and professional design. Also love the placement of the ports and the three colors it can come in, especially the silver. The midnight blue color really looks just like black to me.

I like the TX’s wider and extremely thin screen, but am worried that it may be quite fragile. Also don’t like its port placements, why did they put a port cover over the modem and one of the usb ports but not the other ports. Why cover up the modem port but not the ethernet one!? Hardly anybody uses that port anymore!

Like the TR’s design overall but now find it a bit chunky and pudgy compared to other subnotebooks like the Ts and TXs.

Personally i like TR more then T and TX this is why first of dont like smaller touchpad and right shift key compared to T and TX but i like camera and mic also like its design. If u look closely apon these contestants i believe TR is the
one due to nice location of fan on side

two lighting is much more vast then others expecially under the touchpad that is one of my favorite things on the TR the lights of on harddrive in motion wireless etc

three hate media buttons most like it but guess its just me heh

four hate how plastic is pushed in for TX above arrows

five screen just not as flashy as TR

six speakers in best placing

seven the color of a nice gray(favorite color) and its beatiful shiny whiteness

eight magnify thats pwns

nine great placement with nice volume keys and capture and magnify buttons not media style way i like it ^^

ten hiding of extra stuff u may not use all the time ^^ of flaps coving ports

eleven good spot with wireless switch unlike TX’s and T’s which is on front or side or w8

twelve its great looking sidelines compared to T and TX

thirteen Wifi antenna good placing personally dont like it on LCD which comes off easily or not that that near it of LCD like TX’s placement which isnt that that bad

P.S. i took time into all this research just on opinon everyones is diff and its not that that much bigger in slimness over TX and T they just look to dull by keyboard back is not that bad just media buttons kill it

i see how u would come up with that indeed ive seen pics with TX to TR and do see diff but it isnt that noticable when u just have one of them and its not like some kid is gunna pop a T and TX around u lol there expensive but its not that much bigger then T or TX though but slight diff

forgot about screen ya seems more firmer then T and TX but TX users say it might be thin but its strong flex i still think bigger chance if u drop pen on screen it would break slightly higher chance then the TR but who has pen near it anyway too expensive lol

People do say the TX’s screen is surprisingly strong but I still wouldn’t take any chances. Pretty neat its one of the first notebooks on the market to use LED technology, doesn’t really matter to me, I didn’t like how you could easily see the light leakage on the bottom of the screen, the lighting is a bit uneven on the screen. Funny how its screen is only about 40 pixels wider than the TRs or Ts but it looks a lot wider to the naked eye.

Ya u also see red coloring in screen since it uses it old skool is the way to go lol

Don’t mean to offend you, but I’m finding it a bit hard to comprehend some of your posts, you mind posting a little more clearly please? Are you saying that the TX’s new LED screens have trouble showing red? I’ve heard some people mention that on these forums.

sry ill work on that heh didnt mean too put that stuff together heh

And yes the TX uses red coloring in their LED technology and other colors but u see red on screen like redish colors
