Sorry to send 3 messages in a row on this forum but I’m little lost about some weird diagnostic !
Because of power management I send my TR5 to Sony Vaio link who told me I didn’t had any power problem but a hard drive dead ?
I told them no to fix it because they esk me too much to pay and now I change my power sector and when I star windows XP it turns to blue and the to the loop to “we apologize for the inconvenience etc…”
Performing a safe mode it stops to multi(0)rdisk(0) partition(1) windows system32 drivers mup.sys
Do I have to change my HDD… can I recover my datas ?

PS: Th most funny thing is you got the first name of my ex girlfriend who not even able to perform a defragmentation !!! lol

no way to pass the message “starting enterprise volume management system” when playing the Ubuntu live cd… so my hard drive is really dead !!! or it’s normal it takes ine hour or more ?!
