This is a plausible route; perhaps one can just uninstall SP2 itself, attempt the Bluetooth Stack for Sony by Toshiba installation and reapply SP2 once again.
I do not agree, uninstalling sp2 itself will probably cause more software issues, even those not related to bluetooth.
A clean installation of windows (with sp2) and then the sony stack is the only “100%“method to find out whether it will or not work on TR.
